If your purchase from Distinction lingerie does not meet your expectations, we are prepared to offer you an exchange or refund, with the exception of panties for cleanliness reasons. To do this, the product must be returned in its original condition, as received upon delivery. It must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way and the price tags must be intact. Presentation of the original invoice is also necessary.

Exchange terms
If your Distinction lingerie product does not fit your desired size, we are happy to replace it for you. Exchange must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item. The returned item must be in perfect condition, i.e. not been worn, washed or altered in any way, and all tags must be in place.

We cannot exchange panties for hygiene reasons.

In the event of a defect in the product, please send us a photo within 14 days of receipt of the item to info@distinctionboutique.com .

Return Process
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. The returned item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition, and all tags must be intact.

Once the return is received and its status confirmed, we will notify you by email. The refund will be made as soon as possible by the same payment method used during the purchase.

Your delicate items should be treated with care. Bras with underwires should ideally be washed by hand. All briefs can be machine washed. We recommend using a lingerie wash bag if using a washer and using the hand wash cycle on cold setting for most items.
