RETURN AND EXCHANGE



If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Distinction , we will be happy to exchange it or refund you, except for the panties for hygiene reasons. To do this, the product must be in its original condition, i.e. at the time of delivery. It must not have been worn, washed or damaged and the tags must still be attached to it. You will also need to provide the original invoice.

However, please note that promotional items are final sales so they are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Exchange

If the size of your Distinction product does not suit you, we will be happy to exchange it for you. The exchange must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. The item must be intact, that is, it must not have been worn, washed or damaged and all labels must be attached.

We do not exchange panties for hygiene reasons.

Promotional products are final sales , so they cannot be returned.

Upon receipt of the return and verification of its condition, we will confirm receipt by email. The refund will be made as soon as possible by the same method of payment used for the purchase.

Exchange and return procedure

We recommend that you send your shipment through a forwarding service in order to track your shipment.
  • We do not bear the shipping costs for returns. These charges are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • Shipping charges paid upon purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • For exchanges, the new product will be sent to you at no additional cost.
